These rules apply to guests traveling with dogs. Our goal is to protect everyone’s experience,
hotel hygiene, and animal welfare.
Admission Conditions:
• Number & weight: maximum 1 dog per room, ≤20 kg.
• Age & health: pets over 6 months, healthy, with a valid vaccination record
(including rabies and parasite control).
• Identification: ID tag.
• Not admitted: females in heat or animals showing illness/aggressive behavior.
Assistance/Service dogs: welcome with no fee and no weight limit, with access rights per
applicable regulations. Documentation of assistance role and sanitary record may be
requested.
Fees & Deposit:
• Cleaning fee: USD 100 per stay (non-refundable).
• Damage deposit: USD 200 per room, refundable at checkout if no incidents occur.
• Any damage or extraordinary cleaning (urine/stains/persistent odors/fabrics) will
be deducted from the deposit or charged to the guest’s account with photo
documentation.
Allowed Areas:
• Allowed: guestroom and designated circulation areas.
• F&B: terraces/outdoor only. Pets are not permitted inside restaurants.
House Rules:
• Leash required in public areas (short leash; no retractables).
• Supervision at all times: do not leave the pet unattended in the room if it barks/cries
or may cause damage.
• Quiet enjoyment: in case of persistent noise, the hotel will apply a three-strike
policy and may request relocation or end the stay.• Hygiene: pick up after your pet in public areas; use the provided bags and disposal
points.
• Furniture: do not allow pets on beds or furniture without a protective cover provided
by the hotel (request at Front Desk).
Housekeeping & Engineering:
• Daily service only when the pet is absent or kenneled.
• Hang the door tag “Pet in room” to coordinate service.
• In case of incidents (urine/vomit/damage), inform the hotel immediately; charges will
apply per evaluation and photo evidence.
Safety & Liability:
• The guest is civilly liable for any damage to third parties or hotel property caused by
the pet.
• The hotel is not responsible for accidents, loss, or illness of the pet during the stay.
• If the animal’s behavior poses a risk to people or other animals, the hotel may revoke
permission to remain on property.
Check-in / Check-out:
• Present vaccination record at check-in and sign the Pet Agreement.
• Pay the cleaning fee and damage deposit.
• At checkout, a hotel representative will inspect the room; the deposit is refunded if
there are no pending charges.
Services & Amenities:
• On request: kit (pee pad, waste bags, wipes), water bowl, and map of allowed areas.
• Ask us for nearby veterinarians and pet shops.
FAQs:
Can I bring more than one dog?
No. For safety and cleanliness, the limit is 1 dog per room.
Any exceptions to the weight limit?
No, except for assistance/service dogs, which have no weight limit.
May I leave my dog alone in the room?
Only if the dog is quiet and does not cause noise/damage. If disturbances are reported, you
must return or remove the pet.Are pets allowed inside the restaurant?
No. Only on terraces/outdoor areas.
What if my dog damages something?
It will be deducted from the deposit, and if it exceeds the deposit, the difference will be
charged to your account.
Acceptance of Rules:
Staying with a pet implies acceptance of these rules. Non-compliance may result in
additional charges or termination of the stay.

Salida a las 8. am del Hotel, hacia la Cabima luego llegar al puerto Corotu a eso de las 9.15 am tomar un bote en el Rio Chagres en 25 minutos estaremos en la jungla para caminar un breve momento y luego llegamos a la Cascada donde nos bañaremos a eso de las 10.45 volveremos a la comunidad de los Embera donde hablaremos con el Cacique. Él explicara sus costumbres y tradiciones, bailaremos danzas con ellos y comeremos comida preparada por ellos ademas de recorrer la comunidad volveremos a eso de las 1.30 para estar en el Casco a eso de 3pm.
