Departure at 8. am from the Hotel, to the Cabima then arrive at the port Corotu at about 9.15 am take a boat on the Rio Chagres in 25 minutes we will be in the jungle to walk a short time and then arrive at the waterfall where we will bathe at about 10.45 we will return to the Embera community where we will talk with the Cacique. He will explain their customs and traditions, we will dance dances with them and eat food prepared by them and we will return to the community at about 1.30 to be in the Casco at about 3pm.
