luxury.
All great things have a story behind them. At the boutique Hotel Herrera, even the floors have stories to tell: stories of patience, vision, and a lot of money.
The restoration of the Hotel Plaza Herrera was a meticulous journey to preserve the building's rich history while embracing modern sustainability.
Situated in Panama's Casco Viejo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this historically significant Class 2 structure underwent a complete rebirth, combining timeless elegance with innovative ecological practices.
Every detail, from the preservation of its iconic facade to the incorporation of reclaimed wood from Panama's lakes, reflects a profound respect for both heritage and the environment. The project also introduces modern amenities and energy-efficient systems, achieving a 40% reduction in energy consumption compared to similar buildings.
This extraordinary effort has transformed Hotel Plaza Herrera into a luxurious boutique destination, seamlessly blending the charm of Panama's past with contemporary sophistication.
